Returns Policy

All factory returns must be pre-approved with the issuance of an RA (Return Authorization) number. This may be obtained by contacting technical support using the Return Authorization Form.

Out of Warranty Repair Policy

All factory returns for repair must be pre-approved with the issuance of an RA (Return Authorization) number. Due to the nature of most failures, it is not advisable to repair electronic devices that have been damaged by electrical power surges and transient voltages due to collateral damage. This may be obtained by contacting technical support using the Return Authorization Form. Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse any packages without proper documentation.

Warranty Registration

The Cypress Lifetime warranty is further explained below. On-line registration will assure the your Cypress products are coverered by the Lifetime warranty. For registration of multiple serial numbers for the same product on the same Purchase Order - enter the additional serial numbers in the Message area. Warranty Policy

All products Manufactured by Cypress are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. To download and review the warranty -> Cypress Lifetime Warranty

If a warranty repair is required, the Dealer must contact Cypress at (810) 245-2300 extension 201 or use the Return Authorization Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA), and provide the following information:

  • Model and serial number
  • Date of shipment, P.O. number or Cypress invoice number
  • Details of the defect or problem

If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product which does not fall under the warranty conditions stated above, please include a written explanation with the product when returned.
